Emil Hofileña is a writer from the Philippines whose work has been published in Rogue, Young STAR, Philippine Daily Inquirer, and Out of Print, among other publications.
Emil was selected to serve as a juror for the Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) Awards in the full-length feature category in 2018 and 2019. He was also a member of the jury of the Cinema One Originals festival awards in 2019. He worked as a staff writer for Rogue Media, Inc. until June 2018, and served as the president of the Ateneo de Manila University’s Loyola Film Circle from 2015–2016.
